Total athlete training encompasses the idea that there are several areas that make up the “total athlete.” our sport-specific programs develop athletes’ speed, power, agility, reaction and quickness while also improving the athletes’ flexibility and stability. Out train your competition and take your game to the next level!

We offer private, partner, or small group training sessions!

Rices range between $12 and $50 per session depending on the # of athletes training and the length of the training program.
